10.6% was the yield the last time the dividend was paid (2012). Don't know why their automatic chart feed is still showing that. Don't care.

The site provided a link; from which I presume the stated is updated (near) real time from the link. Problem is the link probably may only be updated whenever there is a dividend; and since there have not been new dividends since 2012...... it has not changed.
