Its real easy to spot on Scottrade. They are the blue trades. Its not a sale or buy. But they do drive the price down artificially. On the + side it lets folks get in on the cheap.
But like you said. There are NO shares so supply and demand WILL kick in.
Just imagine what will happen when a contract is announced. :-)
