Unfortunately, MJNA didn't disclose this information to shareholders in the third-quarter report, which means that if indeed MJNA has issued 45M unrestricted common shares to Roen Ventures as ordered, then the number of outstanding shares of MJNA has increased by nearly 5%, to 996.1 million, from the 949.1M last reported. The fact that the shares are unrestricted means that Roen would be free to sell them at its whim.
