They've passed two deadlines with no communication.

My guess is that Banro simply cannot provide information that they do not yet have. And it is out of their hands, ultimately. But I do find comfort in firming GOLD prices.

Again ... if we were at spot $1,100 gold with a financing deal to be worked out, I might be a bit skittish.
