More importantly, when did vitamin fizz llp change to vitamin fizz llc and since when are they a subsidiary of level 5 or Minerco. Been struggling with that bit for sometime now. I didn't think.having a brand licensing agreement with an entity de facto makes that entity a subsidiary. Maybe it's an error by spellcom but if indeed vitaminfizz llc is a subsidiary of level 5, I'll say the implications are huge considering the make-up of vitaminfizz llc/llp. Anyone have any thoughts?
