Don't you think LVGI should first launch SLAM and fund HempCore before trying to acquire a new brand? Seems kind of weird to me. The CEO, Joseph Francella, has been talking about acquiring a new brand since he started back in Jan 2014, that also hasn't happened yet. Since Oct 2013 SLAM has been delayed at least 3-4 times, and the A/S has been raised from 500 million shares to 2.5 BILLION shares, to 3.5 BILLION shares. The Company has also stated that they have contracts with GEAR for their marketing, design, and promotion, that was a lie.
