A seasoned investor like yourself should know that any company cannot release any material information to one, that is not disclosed to all. And therein might be the root of some of the problems. A shareholder does call the office, has a conversation, mis-interprets the call and then goes to a message board and diseminates false info, not knowingly, that other people may rely on. That is why it is always best to rely on an official company news release for info and here we are again, back to square one. Like I mentioned before, the market always seem to know when "things" are going to happen to a company and we will see it with a large increase in volume and then the price should start to move upwards. Time will tell.

I chased BN around for a few days then finally was enlightened by his "it is what it is" comment. I have since decreased my position substantially.
A company featuring a CEO delinquent in filings, that has NEVER provided guidance to his shareholder base in general ( though a few here claim to be privy ), is not where I would invest any great amount. His actions have created an illiquid penny stock that has been "dark" for some time now.
