It's likely that REVO has attracted SEC attention. It's also likely that the SEC has had its attention drawn to REVO.
Going delinquent on its filings doesn't help.
One director (Solomon Ali) is ill. But the CEO and CFO are both alive and well, and they're the ones who should be filing the 10-Q. They're certainly the ones that have always signed the filings.
If there was concern we would have been halted pending investigation.....SEC/FINRA do it daily to other stocks, yet REVO continues to trade. The gallery of peanuts routinely trys to dwell on this... Once again we continue to trade.....
