The filings say a major shareholder paid $100,000 in cash for the 50/50 Joint venture with Princess Petroleum. That shareholder was Blackburn.

I believe Peter Thiessen and Weyand brought the Belize deal to Blackburn. How many shares did they receive?. SEC wants to know.

Looks like at least 1.5 million to me, could there be more?

On April 6, 2011 we issued 1.5 million shares to a consultant for commissions on our Belize acquisition.
