I understand but then again, look at JB. Even things that came out of JB's mouth do not happen all the time or in the time frame.

NITE's actions in the past months have been disgusting. He keeps showing 10K and has hidden shares. How could this be fair to any investors? Shouldn't there be rules against this type of practice?

Sorry man, I haven't been on the ihub board in a few days. Frank Benedetto. He's not the IR guy as I may have falsley assumed. My bad. However, he is the "structured finance" guy behind the scenes making things happen. I spoke with him personally for a solid hour on the phone and he is open to any questions any investors have. 561-715-9550 is his personal cell. January 2015 big things are coming. Big things are already happening behind the scenes but he's not looking to spit out a bullshit PR. He wants everything to align and when the timing is right in January all the investors that believed in the company will be VERY happy.
