I'm almost certain that the market, which has severe peaks and valleys, averages out to 300M a year.

If not, why are you invested here? If your goal is 1/3 of that market, where is the profit for us?

The TSA alone gives out IDIQ's that are worth 1-1.5 billion over 5 years...
