That assumes JF is just another scamming, pinky CEO out only to sell shares to the unsuspecting at the highest price he can get by manipulating the timing of news releases:

JF won't release any major news either with end of year being weak overall in markets especially pinks

I tend to disagree based on what I've seen of his previous actions.
