I agree Atlas. I have e-mailed them to send out a shareholder update letter. No response. I'm sending another one.

I have no answer regarding the share structure. I'm buying into this fully aware that, regardless of what some people say; the risk of an increase in A/S or an outright R/S is possible. I have wondered if they intend to cash in on their largest investor asset, B.I.G.. I'm pretty confident BIG would move mountains to rip the company apart if they screw him; and I think that's worth a small bet.

There are a number of positive indicators here and the company has positioned itself impressively. Risk vs Reward at this point looks very promising.

NTEK has learned no matter what they say or do positive or negative they will be bashed, so they clearly are playing it much closer to the vest. Additionally, they are playing in the big leagues and that requires stealth. Although they have not come through the way many thought they would and said they would, they have been nimble enough to make changes on a dime to capitalize on market and industry changes and demands. OTT was thought the primary way to go, but clearly, smart T.V.'s and lower prices have changed the trajectory. NTEK was already on it with 4K Studios and UltraFlix. The business plan is sound, the professionals are in place, and the business relationships are coming along nicely. Because it does not meet someone's timeline does not make this business a scam, quite the opposite in my view. NTEK, "The Future of 4K Streaming Television!"
