Current business model and management since 2011.

To be strictly correct, the current management of MJNA took over the company from Bruce Perlowin in the first half of 2011 and completely changed the business model to the investment company/CBD model it now uses.

So it's really only been about 3 1/2 years in its current business.

Outstanding shares at the time current management took over was 524M shares, and it's now (officially) 949M, but my guess is that it's now between 965M and 995M.

What I'm curious about is what will happen after Mike Llamas' trial is held, which is scheduled to begin on March 30, 2015:
