Great question to which i have no clue...

My guess is that no merger was ever going to happen and the whole thing was a scam. What value did UNGS bring to the table? Sylios wanted to go public? Well why haven't they done so since the merger fell through? More than one way to go public... I truly don't believe there was ever any real merger on the table. If the Canadian government wouldn't allow the merger, any early research and DD would have discovered that... not dilute dilute dilute and then on day # 110 once shareholders started digging more and more - ooops! no merger...shady

I wondered if Shamira and Wayne have any history...

The whole thing just stinks...Sylios is a legitmate company... why would they want to merge with a turd company like ungs who had just reverse split their shares in 2013 and a ceo who is know for scamming investors.
