You are right saying that No honest auditor would sign off 10K while SEC accuses TECO,
And TESARSKI doesn't want to show the EXCESS SHARES over the A/S that are out, as he maybe responsible for part of these sales IMO
So it's a LOOSE LOOSE situation for the 10K
Now who is in its right mind would fund a company that is L
-accused by SEC -can't get their 10K out for filing (IMO) -still operates illegaly with excess shares (IMO) -has the Buyers Beware sign stick to it by OTC
And some jokers try to rally with chants that we can get this started....again.....
