SEC Filings indeed impossible IMO

You are right saying that No honest auditor would sign off 10K while SEC accuses TECO,

And TESARSKI doesn't want to show the EXCESS SHARES over the A/S that are out, as he maybe responsible for part of these sales IMO

So it's a LOOSE LOOSE situation for the 10K

Now who is in its right mind would fund a company that is L

-accused by SEC
-can't get their 10K out for filing (IMO)
-still operates illegaly with excess shares (IMO)
-has the Buyers Beware sign stick to it by OTC

And some jokers try to rally with chants that we can get this started....again.....
