#68491 RE: payperview #68488

Perhaps you would like to see the return of ex-CEO Gonzalo Leon. Remember him? Gonzalo Leon led a raid on the company with the apparent support of a minority of shareholders. We will never know how many shares were represented by this group, since there was never a notice of a shareholders meeting, never an actual meeting held, and no corporate resolutions produced about it. Gonzalo Leon paid $8.00 to the Secretary of State of Washington and indicated on a paper form that he was CEO. Since the company was unaware that this filing had been neglected, and it was some time before they found out.

Gonzalo Leon accomplished absolutely nothing. Although he tried very hard to get the company delisted and made defunct, he failed at even that. Even though he failed at that attempted destruction, it is an effort he continues to this day.

"Renegade CEO" is too good a term for this destructive, rancor-filled man.

Any claims to the contrary are false, expecially since I personally contacted shareholders who collectively owned a large majority of the shares outstanding at the time, and none of them knew a thing about it. No notice, no request for a proxy. no notice of shareholder's meeting was received by any of them.

Once the company became aware of this filing, they took action to reverse this move. All it took was a meeting of the BoD and appointment of a real CEO. In response to the company's lawful actions, Leon issued fraudulent 1099s with IRS reflecting tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars for previous members of the management team, none of which had any basis in reality. They were sunsequently recognized as false by IRS.

Ultimately the company refused prosecution against him because it turned out that he was a penniless loser.

Since then the new CEO James Hodge has brought the company's filings up to date, thereby getting the stop sign removed from OTCMarkets, entered new lines of business with a new business plan, and has begun generating revenues. I am optimistic about this company now, and expect great things to happen, or be made to happen, by James Hodge and the few shareholders who actually make themselves useful to him and the company.
