Initially I was going to ask to give us an example of a non-commercial use that would impact the sale of or transaction fees from, licenses issued by MYEC, but then I thought, NAH, why waste my time with some ridiculous answer.
The fact is, the language is clear. There is no 1 year period that appies to the 'non-commercial' clause. MYEC enjoys world-wide 'commercial' licensing rights until 2028.
