Yeah it's held its position somewhat well. It doesn't help that the bid/ask spread is so wide. One sell can move the price a significant percentage. I guess that goes both ways though, one buy can run the PPS up real well too. Hopefully we'll see some news ins regards to up listing. Didn't they state they started the paperwork for that a while back?
