What was stopping EM from saying what he said today months ago?

I can't help feeling some frustration, now that we finally have some communication from management... how much grief and anxiety could have been spared if a little more information had been made available over the past six months. To say nothing about the abuse and ridicule that management themselves have had to endure.

I would have liked to see a more exciting message but I guess this will have to do. We cannot control the situation we just have to accept it or move on. I wonder does the Middle East region have to wait for EPA approval or not ? Anyway this chairman's message is better than nothing. Happy Holidays and GLTA !
