the S1 will go effective today at 3pm per the sec... we have been in a quiet period due to sec rules ...once we go effective and the yield sign comes down on OTC markets the company can begin to release their news and updates... the stock went from sub penny to .25 in days when they purchased the shell...we should see $1plus after they start updating company operations...see my sticky above to see how and where it goes from there
