The O/S was just raised by another 20+ million... the A/S is nearly maxed and you think a reversal is coming?! lol. Even if there were news... guess who would be dumping into any buying... you guessed it, the company that keeps raising the A/S. its a flatline to downward trend... just like its been for a year. IMO.
