Of course... build it and they will come or, plant the seeds and watch 'em grow. It's ALL manipulated IMO. True supply/demand is secondary. These big bank forecasts are well measured and with intent, not necessarily merit. JMO.

5 years ago these were dream prices which started the ramp up in production including illegal mines -now they are death knell prices for many -bizarre how things change -ore was only 10-14 til 2002-how did they profit then?
