This is factually incorrect.. The SEC does know about OMDA, knows about Barnett and has investigated OOAG and Barnett. Mostly because of Barnett's association with Jeffrey Turino et al in the Pinnacle management Scams.

The SEC "cooperated" with local authorities in Barnetts initial arrest and knows he is behind bars.

The stating of incorrect and misleading "facts" is what will get the SEC involved once again in OMDA.

Explain how OOAG can move forward as you say with its sole officer and director (and controlling shareholder) in jail, possibly for life?
