Share holder derivative suit for minority share holders to ask Board to take certain action. SH in total control Viropro and appointed their own Board. All CT relations with Viropro require arbitration not law suit. Arbitration gives both sides even standing. Bruce Cohen, now wants CT to forego all salary. Viropro can't do that in arbitration as no basis in contract. Therefore, Bruce Cohen uses the SH share holder derivative suit to harass CT. This is just end run around dealing in fair manner in arbitration as required by contract. We have extraordinary abusive behavior going on which is applauded by message board who have bought Into the we hate CT theme of Bruce Cohen.
