I agree with what your saying dbg. The tax loss season is being compounded right now with the market taking a plunge due to oil prices and the Russian ruble. With the market going down people feel less wealthy and they are less willing to put money into riskier investments like penny stocks. This is causing the whole MJ sector to drop.
Personally, I'm staying one step ahead of margin calls. My portfolio is down over $25K over the past month. I'd love to buy more MCIG right now but I really can't risk it at the moment. :-(
