All we can do is speculate, since Manzo's silent on this matter but what you're suggesting makes no sense. Sharma is the co-patent holder and has been since he and Manzo filed in 2007. He already gets 50% of licensing revenue (we assume), so when Manzo comes to him and asks him to do the testing but says he doesn't have the cash to pay for it, what kind of a deal do they come to? Does Celprogen now get a cut of Manzo's licensing revenue?

Bottom line: we won't know until Manzo tells us.
