Yes 'Garyst', as the only real benefit of an R/S, especially in the pinksheets, if the lesser number of shares which "in theory" increases pressures on supply vs demand.
Although most pinks deflates this pressure by issuing more shares, the few who don't do that are more likely to enhance their changes for a good recovery.
Especially if they're "actively" engaged in their respective genres while issuing press releases, regarding.
Ergo; increased advertisings/Press leases
= increase customer/investor interests
= increase in sales/shareholdings.
Ironically, it's just that simple.
One then needs to know if the "product" is/was worth it!
Sadly, This is where most pinks falters.
