Why exhibit?? The "new" plan does not include having CDEX selling anything.

The new thing is having CDEX foreclosed on and JB/Pemco, LLC the "new" owners for whatever obscure purposes they wish.

Any exhibit would cost money.

And they are liable to need the money for "consultation" fees, ETC, to batten down the hatches.

Foreclosure would cost less than chap 7 and create less attention and publicity.

Foreclosure would be a two inch notice in an Obscure OHIO paper.

Who would think to look there for news re CDEX or whatever name the new owners wish to change it to.

Cdex toy a no show at ASHP

Maybe the CDEx scamsters finally figured out how stupid they looked exhibiting the same silly mock-up each year.

And to think Anaheim CA. is just up the road from Ramona CA, bumfield cdex headquarters, you know that place with that street name that's so familiar here on the cdex board.

I'm sure there is a good reason the toy g4 wasn't there. Besides why waste the loan money on a trip outa the country, the water is no good in Mexifornia.
