Do you know what kind of connection there is between NBVB and SPBV (Sports Pouch Beverage Inc.)?

Both are located in Corona, both are producing All American Sports Pouch and Mr. Bruno Haro is involved in both companies as Plant Manager(according to their websites)!!!
