#49551 RE: ed3/6me #49550

I wholeheartedly agree ed3/6me. The software build was too complex for a company without a lot of resources and just starting out. I sent a note to Lenny a couple of weeks ago suggesting that if it were up to me, the focus three years ago would have been on getting into retail and focusing on the national media campaign.

InkWay USA is a great idea, but only after we get some traction. Initially, if everyone put in say $1,000 each in 2012 toward a media campaign, then the media campaign, retail stores, and current catalog companies would have been the focus.

That would have been fine with me and would have provided some stability and focused growth. Had that occurred in 2012, Lenny would have had money from various stockholders to support the media campaign, we all take a stake in it, and we move forward productively.

Then by the end of 2014, we are more well known and could then begin the process of InkWay USA. We had low-hanging fruit we could have reached for, solidified, and then stretch ourselves more with InkWay USA.

The growth would have been incremental. Unfortunately, the company missed a golden opportunity there. We still have a shot at success but it is that much harder now as shown by taking over two years to launch.
