Other than the fda/legal issues, how does the [BioCentury] article compare to your view of the company?

It’s a synopsis of what Wheeler has said on various webcasts during the past year or so—nothing that I would characterize as surprising or revealing.

I also get the impression that the author talked to the company and provided Momenta a window for comments prior to publication.

If so, the MNTA staffer who gave the go-ahead must have been someone in IR/corporate relations who didn’t fully understand the details of the Copaxone litigation.
