TPs is the gatekeeper to PXYNs business. PXYN doesnt secure their revenues unilateral, sales are passed through to them via TPS.

For this service, TPS commands a monstrous payment from PXYN. Read the filings for details. TPS is in a position to dictate terms as it sees fit to PXYN, they hold all the leverage and can easily redirect its sales to another provider.

PXYN doesnt have the same luxury to find another source of revenues to match TPS. They would likely fold up if TPS went in another direction.
