have all of the financials ever filed by mdmn indicated that no one owns more than 5%....i think so...if i recall the reason was that the shares were technically held by some third party or entity that wasn't subject to the 5% reporting rule...

always pissed me off that these men of integrity would never disclose how many shares they own.
