Now that we have heard the great bernstein speak well he used the word UMMM so many times I felt he had no clue what he was talking about almost as if he just read the filing for the 1st time. With this sad oral argument and the motion filed yesterday in Chicago it's has CCGI pretty much asking the court to Grant JNSH motion to dismiss. The only problem with that is JNSH is asking to dismiss with PREJUDICE. You see the 1st time the court asked this dirtbag Berbstein about diversity they said its not a problem. they even sent in papers claiming they still had diversity YES the balls of some dirtbag lawyers. now its clear they dont and now they only want it dismissed. They screwed up when they refiled and now JNSH is going to CRUSH this dumb lawyer bernstein he screwed up and now JNSH is going to use his stupidity against him in court.
