Biopharm, it's just my opinion, but defending the performance of the current BOD is a stretch. Maybe they are doing things behind the scenes and we haven't seen it yet, but the resumes (especially CJ) are not a strength of Peregrine. This is most likely why the topic continues to be brought up - surprise, surprise. In my estimation, a significant rise in PPS makes all ghosts disappear.
