I think you are on to something here . Its looks like you have stumbled onto a whole new business. The endless revenue stream for States. I feel this could save states seeing several are broke. Maybe someone from this board could explain this new revenue stream. Maybe Tom could step up. I am sure elected office would love to find a new way to collect money. Hey have we ever proven that a company collects all of the money when shares are sold. Just asking because I hate leaving thing open. Did we find this out. I understand it works that way HERE AT CCGI because the guy running this is a dirbag but I am talking about the whole stock market thank hope to get the answer
