I 100% agree, but it will not happen, Dr.H and the gang would not let this sweet cash printing machine to slip away, why you think Dr.H keeps 500M already authorized shares in his office? this is the so called poison pill that will get deployed when someone even comes close attempting to take over.
If you had a little shop on LI where you could legally print money twice a year, would you consider selling it? I doubt it
I am sure these guys care about the share price but it is more like icing on the cake for them, as long as they bring home salaries and bonuses they are just fine, even if the share price drops back to 10cents it is not end of the world for them, they would still print some more shares and sell them for cash at whatever price they can get for it and Dr.H would spend 20min every 3 months or so telling us about the potential and bright future..
