ANOTHER SECURITIES LAW BROKEN? SSELECTIVE DISCLOSURE?
Looks like the assumptions and speculations are becoming less speculative every day here. All started being fueled with the CEO's blogs that raised a MULTITUDE of suspicions because none of the promises, statements ever came true and never reflected on the true measure of every security>> the financials. It was promise after promise...blog after continuous blogs and the CEO's plan after plan that always failed. Is it all deception? Scam? Lies? or just plan idiotic stupidity or all of the above???
Then we move on from the CEO's own stupidity to yet another level of ignorance.. sending emails and looking to solicit money which again while being illegal imagine that he left a trail of evidence in the documented emails he sent Hopetocashin. It tells me he is inept and foolish to think that those emails would be kept private. Truth has a way to rear its ugly head ALWAYS ....so I doubt now strongly that the word speculation should be used and changed to... THE TRUTH AS IT UNFOLDS.
I guess we have some shareholder/s for and against that have knowingly and unknowingly shared more incriminating evidence here than I believe they thought or intended to. But we thank each and everyone of them... selective disclosure.... solicitation of funds privately... misleading shareholders with FLUFF that just never amounted to anything BUT DILUTION. Looks like the documented evidence has stacked up and my guess is that this would make any and all toxic funders nervous.

PS.... That store count Tiburon is documented as saying... that is not public and it is a securities violation as it is tradable information... I believe that information could only come from the CEO.. We thank Tib for that disclosure. Its either a SEC violation or it will be another CEO lie.
The anticipated 200+ store roll-out of 1000 Stain Remover in Q1 2015 with a national home improvement retailer is still on track. There is extensive collaboration ongoing toward this.
