OAS director bought 50k at 12 avg. I missed it this am in the low 12s and didn't want to chase it :(

Finally a great day for the energy names! And oil is barely green. It did recover those earlier steep losses. But imagine how much the beaten up names will rebound if oil moves up to the $60's.
