I was tempted today to reenter but my primary key to re-entry is waiting until someone reduces production. We are still over producing to the tune of 600,000 BBL per day. That means inventories are still building and there is only so much storage.

Once storage is full, producers will have to offer discounts for immediate deliveries, which means low and lower prices IMO.
