Here's what i wrote to VHUB to give you an idea of what I think the PPS should be:
Does VHUB sell any Cann/MJ ( hope you realize what I'm referring to) related products? There are tons of other VAPE companies that are worth crap with crap products that "promote" they have Cann/MJ products and they trade at ridiculous prices. Are there any products that can link VHUB to the Cann/MJ Market?
For instance, MCIG, they sell electronic cigarettes (the old style), I mean they're just a vape that you can smoke grinded MJ out of, but look at their market cap from 2013 til now.
Another example:
Even if you guys do have something that can be promoted as "Cann/MJ", I won't post it on Ihub, I'll wait until you guys come out with that PR. I'd like more shares at these prices.
I know my penny stocks. If you're able to release a PR right before the New Year, this stock will fly. You'll be able to then dilute a little bit at a higher price to pay off some of your warrants starting due in May. I'm sure you're already aware of that but I just had to mention something because I noticed your shares are traded WAY below fair value, especially with the 1.3M revenues. VPCO, a Nasdaq stock last quarter only did 2.5M in rev I believe and they are at $1.37 with 16M shares outstanding. Your O/S is 4X as much so let's say we divide $1.37/4, that's roughly .34 cents. Now divide that by another 2 (you're half their rev) so you should be at least worth 17 cents. at a Market Cap of at least $11.5M. That's not mentioning any Cannabis products. If you mention a good PR at the right time in Jan. I believe you could even hit $100M. I've seen ERBB go from .001 to 15 cents. I think that extra boost would help this company get noticed and produce a higher low over time with a nice support and a decent market up.
That's just a thought.
