Seems like we have til end of March, the 1 cent rule was brought in earlier this year so there is some leeway on its implementation.

OTC Markets will roll out the new procedures for OTCQB over the course of a year. Each company will be required to comply with the new OTCQB procedures 120 days after its Fiscal Year End (“FYE”). I have no idea that is why I asked them that and you see the answer they gave. I trust them and the people that don't convince others not to and they are losing out on an incredible opportunity to become rich. That is what I truly believe

Almost positive they have to close above .01 by the 22nd. You need one close above .01 in 30 days
