Well, I don't know. Since USPR decided not to submit the 43-101 they had prepared, then I guess we'll never know. Plus, I think the Canadian government only determines the compliance of 43-101's submitted for companies that trade in Canada. Does USPR trade on a Canadian exchange??
Now we all know why uspr did not show their NI 43-101 to the BCSC or the US SEC. Because uspr did not want to face legal actions on a government scale.
Absolutely not. The non-compliant 43-101 report did not report any numbers for reserves, resources, etc. and certainly did not present a valuation that can be used to report an asset on balance sheets.
