The restaurant opened in Los Gatos a few years ago wasn't feasible, yet was opened strictly for market testing purposes. The restaurants that will open in the future will be in various locations around America, and not necessarily in economic depressed areas.By then we will be a well known brand name. Timing is the only thing in life that matters, and the demand for quality smoked foods, has increased 4 fold since then, and there is more cash out there for the type of corporate investors the company is currently working with in a much improved economic environment. And SMOKY MARKET FOOD is delicious, and will carve and take this niche by storm! We remember the past, in order to build a greater future. Such is the nature of SMKY's tenacity today!
