Technically the license is non-exclusive. In practice it is an exclusive license as ed has said so publicly, furthermore ed has confirmed the license will be renegotiated based on what he has said about it publicly.
For all practical purposes it's an exclusive license.
To date Ed has not granted the license to anyone else.
