It's a scam because insiders are selling. Just because they file earnings and report to the SEC and follow the SEC rules does not mean they are really just keeping the doors open to sell shares and enrich themselves. It does not matter how low it goes since they can just authorize more shares for themselves to sell. This is why most pennies have billions in the float. TRTC will soon have billions of shares outstanding.
These CEO's realize it is much easier to just get rich selling shares than build a real company.
