I guess you don't understand from a business standpoint what a minority means in the multi billion dollar mobile world it's huge. Israel is going to do what he says he's not God but he does have him backing him up with all of the companies he has under his belt which is staggering, and the roadshow IMO will be a huge success he is a diligent man with an awesome staff working overtime to get the job done he has huge connections. This is a big money group and they have all kinds of "Foreign Money" as mentioned in the most recent shareholder update. Not saying this is where they'll get the funds, but simply that he knows some big time investors.
The real question here is at what price will it need to be offered at and how many shares will need to be sold to get the money they need?
