Yes, works fine for me and has 62 overall listings, two of them being SIAF

Download "Hola Better Internet" plugin for Chrome, then you can chose that you are surfing from USA. You will be able to find all the Finra documents, and the SIAF reverse split :-)

Did you try to pick a date and change for 16dec? that way it showed for me...
