The SEC approves more shares for TRTC as they ran out now they have more shares to sell to Dominion at a huge discount to raise cash..

Dominion has been financing TRTC all year .. toxic financing but nothing new.

so its all correct.. TRTC just put a spin on it so investors not to savy think they have some new kind of financing

This stock will flatline under a dime somewhere

The dilution will kill the PPS of this stock
